View Submittals: Here you can view the submitted forms you have received. 

Clicking the “Form” dropdown box will allow you to select which form you would like to view (feedback form, shopping cart form, etc.). 

The “Between” and “And” form allow you to select a time frame to view. 

Clicking on the arrows on either side of the month/year box will cycle through the months and years.  Clicking cancel will exit the “Between” box.

And:

Status:

By clicking on the “Status” box, you can access a dropdown menu which allows you to look at all the forms in your selected timeframe, only the ones you’ve read, or only the ones you haven’t read.
