Clicking on "Meta Tags" in the "Page Manager" submenu will bring you to a page that allows you to view your available tags.  You can search for your tags by entering a keyword, which page the tag is on, and whether it is deletable.  You can then click search to view your hits.

You can add and edit tags with the “add” and “edit” links on the right.  Alternatively, you can access those pages by clicking on the “Add Tags” page.

Clicking on the “Sort Tags” link will bring you to the sort tags page, where you can update your changed tags.
